The €20/month difference covers your hosted web page, a custom domain we register, renew, and hand over to you if you leave, theme customisation, brand colour, and logo upload. Common questions
Does ConsultHub make the clinical decision?
No. ConsultHub is a workflow-support tool for pharmacists — not a diagnostic device. It does not make independent medical diagnoses; it helps you apply the published HSE protocols consistently and efficiently, with every clinical decision resting with you, the registered pharmacist. The workflow has been developed and verified with practising pharmacists.
Do I need to be on the HSE CCS adelist?
You need to be an HSE-registered CCS pharmacy to offer Common Conditions consultations through ConsultHub. If you are not yet registered, see /for-pharmacists for the HSE registration process.
How do payments work?
Patients pay the CCS fee directly to you at the counter when they arrive — same as a walk-in. ConsultHub does not process consultation payments. The only money ConsultHub collects is your tier subscription: Standard is €29/month (30 days free to start, card required up-front), Premium is €49/month (€20 more than Standard for the branded web page). All prices ex. Irish VAT.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. Cancel any time — your web page stays live until the end of your billing period, then your listing reverts to Standard (bookings still work). Any custom domain we registered stops renewing; if you want to keep it, just ask us to transfer it to your own registrar before it expires and you take over the renewal from there.
What does the web page include?
A full-page branded site with hero, about, services, opening hours, contact, and a live-booking widget. The booking card shows real-time appointment slots pulled straight from your ConsultHub dashboard — change availability or capacity there and it updates on your web page instantly. You can customise theme, brand colour, logo, photos and copy from the dashboard.
On a symbol or buying group?
ConsultHub Standard works alongside your existing group branding — it's your clinical booking and consultation engine, not a competing website, so there's nothing to clash with your group's brand guidelines. And if your group site is fixed, Premium doesn't have to mean a second site: our developers can embed the live booking widget straight into the page you already have, so patients book on your existing site.
Who owns the patient data?
Patients sign up with ConsultHub once, and you get access to the pre-screening / consultation record for every patient who books with you. ConsultHub is the data controller for directory/search; you are joint controller for clinical records. Full DPA on request.
