Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PharmacyConsultation.ie ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PharmacyConsultation.ie is a digital platform that connects patients with pharmacies offering the HSE Common Conditions Service (CCS) and Click & Collect services. The Platform facilitates:

  • Searching for pharmacies offering CCS consultations
  • Booking appointments for pharmacy consultations
  • Pre-screening questionnaires for eligible conditions
  • Click & Collect services for Viagra Connect and Emergency Contraception

Operator

PharmacyConsultation.ie is operated by Jonathan, a pharmacist registered with the PSI, trading as PharmacyConsultation.ie (sole trader). Contact: support@pharmacyconsultation.ie · [[CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS]].

HSE Non-Affiliation

PharmacyConsultation.ie is an independent directory and booking platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the HSE or the Department of Health. References to the HSE Common Conditions Service describe the publicly-funded service delivered by participating pharmacies, not any relationship between this platform and the HSE.

Directory Data Accuracy

The Platform maintains a public directory of Irish pharmacies compiled from publicly available sources (including the PSI public register, public business listings, and pharmacies’ own websites). While we take reasonable care, directory listings may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty. A pharmacy may request correction or removal of its listing, or object to the processing of its data, at any time by emailing support@pharmacyconsultation.ie.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: The Platform is a booking and information service only. All medical consultations are conducted by qualified pharmacists at participating pharmacies. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (999/112) or visit your nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

4. User Accounts

  • You may create an account to manage bookings and health profiles
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain services on the Platform require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies vary by service:

  • The CCS consultation fee (set by each pharmacy and shown at booking) applies to all patients, including Medical Card and GP Visit Card holders, and is paid directly to the pharmacy
  • Click & Collect orders may be cancelled before collection for a full refund
  • For specific refund queries, please contact the relevant pharmacy

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
